Van-Isle Carpet Cleaning did a fabulous job cleaning our 11 room lodge, area rugs and furniture! They came over to Gabriola in the early morning hours, without to hesitation or added expense. The job that the gentleman did was great, everything was so clean, it looked like a new carpet, I kid you not.
Also, we are water sensitive on Gabriola Island and the van came supplied with the water it would need to do the job, I didn't expect that but was thrilled it happened.
I absolutely would and have recommend Van-Isle Carpet Cleaning.

We had a big project and a deadline to meet. Allan and Theresa promptly scheduled us and came out to do the job. The entire job went smoothly and we were already really happy with the service. However, one spot really put Van-Isle's quality to the test. This tough spot ended up becoming worse as the carpet dried after the first cleaning. We sent over some pictures and inquired how we could improve it ourselves but after hearing about it, Allan quickly diagnosed the situation and came in the next day to do treatment on it free of charge! After two visits the spot was completely gone! Van-Isle had steam cleaning, pre-treatment spray, drop cloth, specialty stain removers, and water claw; the have the right equipment and know when and where to use them! Most importantly, Allan had patience. He goes over every inch of the carpet in a smooth and control pace and will stop over tougher spots to give it additional attention. The cleaning job with Van-Isle was an early Christmas for us -- leave the man some milk and cookies for a job well done!
